Mother’s touch gourmet sauce made from fresh vegetables, and natural
ingredients. Our sauce make everyday cooking easy and simple, you can prepare
meals that kids and adult will enjoy in a few minutes. Here are some recipes
could be use with our sauce. Easy to prepare for all families, delicious meals
with Mother’s touch gourmet sauces.
Lasagna
12 lasagna noodles
4 cups Ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 jar Mother’s touch
gourmet pasta sauces
· Cook noodles in salted water, drain and set to side.
· Mix cheeses together.
· Cover bottom of 9" x 13" baking dish with sauce.
· Lay 4 noodles lengthwise across dish.
· Spread 1/4 of cheese mix for first layer.
· Cover with 1/4 of jar of Mother’s Touch sauce.
· Lay 4 more noodles across top –
· Repeat with cheese and sauce last 4 steps.
· Sprinkle Parmesan and the rest of the sauce for topping.
· Cover and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Chicken Cacciatore
(Serves 4)
1 lb chicken breast cut in strips
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 jar Mother’s Touch
gourmet pasta sauces
· Cover chicken breast in flour and sauté in olive oil for about 3 minutes each
side.
· Add Mother’s Touch Sauce, and salt.
· Cover and simmer for 40 minutes, turning occasionally.
· Serves with any side dish.
Baked Penne
(Serves 4)
1 lb penne
1 lb mozzarella cheese
1/4-cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 jar Mother’s Touch gourmet pasta sauces
· Cook penne in salted water, drain and set to side.
· Mix penne with Mother’s Touch pasta sauces and half of the mix cheese and
transfer it 9" x 13" baking dish.
· Sprinkle the remaining cheese and cover bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Chicken Parmesan
(Serves 4)
1 lb chicken breast
1/2 lb spaghetti
1/4-cup olive oil
1/2-cup parmesan cheese, grated salt and pepper
1 jar Mother’s Touch
gourmet pasta sauce
· Flatten chicken with tenderizer, season it with salt and pepper, sauté in
olive oil 3 minutes in each side.
· Place in baking dish, cover with Mother’s Touch
gourmet sauce and cheese.
· Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
· Serve over cooked spaghetti.
Pasta Salad
2 carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
1 medium zucchini cut into thin strips
1 onion thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper cut into thin strips
1 red bell pepper cut into thin strips
½ cup olive oil
Salt and black pepper to test
1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
2-tablespoon sun dried tomato
12oz mother's touch gourmet pasta sauce
1-pound bowtie pasta or penne
½ cub of grated Parmesan cheese
· In a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil, onion and cook for about 5
minutes.
· Add the carrots, mix bell pepper and sun dried tomato cook for 3 minutes.
· Add the zucchini and cook for 15 minutes.
· Remove from heat when all vegetables are completely cooked.
· Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for about 12
minutes.
· Toss the pasta with pasta sauces and the vegetable mixtures in large bowl.
· Sprinkle Parmesan and serve warm or cold.
